Do You Believe In Yourself?

Confidence. Every leader needs confidence in their lives. I’m not talking about over-confidence. That leads to an out-of-control ego. No. The confidence that is needed is the kind that says, “I’m not sure I know the exact way to do this, but I’m going to try it.”

It is about the ability to risk and step out of my comfort zone. It is about the ability to try something even though there is a chance that I can fail. Confidence is a great gift.

Confidence only comes when you believe in yourself and the potential that God has given you.

Do you believe in yourself?

From the movie, “The Matrix,” this video clip perfectly depicts the need I have to believe in my abilities, to step up to the plate, and have confidence that I can do the ministry God has allowed me to serve in.

Question: Who has helped give you a sense of confidence in your ability as a ministry leader?
